Half-Staff Utah Flags – Colleen Bangerter
Thursday, August 4th, 2011American Flags and Utah Flags to fly at half-staff Thursday, August 4th in the state of Utah in honor of Colleen Monson Bangerter.
Mrs. Bangerter served as First Lady of the State of Utah from 1985-1993. She participated on a number of Boards and Commissions throughout the state. She was proactive in youth and women’s programs, as she worked on initiatives under the direction of Nancy Reagan and Barbara Bush. She was a beloved wife and mother. Mrs. Bangerter was well respected and loved. Her memory will not be forgotten.
