Half-Staff Iowa Flags – Zachary C. Reiff
Wednesday, November 30th, 2011American Flags and Iowa Flags to fly at half-staff Friday, December 2nd in the state of Iowa in honor of US Marine Cpl. Zachary C. Reiff.
According to the office of the governor:
Cpl. Reiff was injured in action on November 18, 2011, when he was hit by an improvised explosive device (IED) in Afghanistan. He later died from wounds related to the explosion.
