Half-Staff Arkansas Flags – Honoring Benjamin B. Wise
American Flags and Arkansas Flags to fly at half-staff Friday, January 27th in the state of Arkansas in honor of US Army Special Forces Sergeant First Class Benjamin Wise. Sgt First Class Wise died of wounds suffered while serving his country in combat in Afghanistan.
