According to the office of the governor:
Lieutenant Christopher E. Mosko died while conducting combat operations in Afghanistan. He was assigned as a Navy Explosive Ordnance Disposal Platoon Commander to Combined Joint Special Operations Task Force, Afghanistan. He was stationed at EOD Mobile Unit 3, San Diego, California.

American Flags and Illinois Flags to fly at half-staff Saturday, April 28th through Monday, April 30th in the state of Illinois in honor of US Army Sgt Dean Shaffer.

Arkansas Flags to fly at half-staff Friday, April 27th in honor of Levon Helm; musician and former member of The Band.

American Flags and Connecticut Flags to fly at half-staff Tuesday, April 24th in the state of Connecticut in honor of Army Specialist Philip C.S. Schiller.

According to the office of the governor:
Army Specialist Philip C.S. Schiller was killed last week by small arms fire while on patrol in Afghanistan as part of Operation Enduring Freedom. Spc. Schiller was assigned to the 1st Battalion, 23rd Infantry Regiment, 3rd Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 2nd Infantry Division, Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington.

American Flags and Kentucky Flags to fly at half-staff Wednesday, April 25th in the Commonwealth of Kentucky in honor of US Marine Cpl Aaron Faust.

According to the office of the governor:
Cpl. Aaron M. Faust, 22 died April 15 while supporting combat operations in Afghanistan as part of Operation Enduring Freedom. He was assigned to 2nd Battalion, 9th Marine Regiment, 2nd Marine Division, II Marine Expeditionary Force, Camp Lejeune, N.C.

American Flags and Wyoming Flags to fly at half-staff Tuesday, April 24th in the state of Wyoming in honor of Adam Longo. Longo was a Natrona County firefighter who died while driving a squad truck back from a fire.

American Flags and Massachusetts Flags to fly at half-staff Friday, April 20th in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in honor of Airman Sean Sears.

American Flags and Montana Flags to fly at half-staff Thursday, April 19th in the state of Montana in honor of Montana Air National Guard Senior Airman Robert Armstrong.

American Flags and Washington State Flags to fly at half-staff Friday, April 20th in the state of Washington in honor of USMC Lance Corporal Ramon Kaipat.

Lance Corporal Ramon T. Kaipat died April 11 while conducting combat operations in Afghanistan.

American Flags and Montana Flags to fly at half-staff Tuesday, April 17th through Wednesday, April 18th in honor of US Army Corporal Antonio Burnside who died in Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
