American Flags and Virginia Flags to fly at half-staff Saturday, May 4th at the Capitol complex in Virginia in honor of US Army First Lieutenant Robert Hess.

Flags are also authorized for display at half-staff in the County of Arlington, County of Fairfax, the City of Fairfax and in any other locality as deemed appropriate.

American Flags and Iowa Flags to fly at half-staff Friday, May 3rd in honor of Donald McGrane.

According to the office of the governor:
Donald McGrane was a Vietnam War Aviation Antisubmarine Warfare Technician who had been MIA since July 19, 1967. His remains were recently identified by the DoD and he is set to be laid to rest at Arlington National Cemetery.
