Half-Staff New York Flags – Honoring Eric Christian
American Flags and New York Flags to fly at half-staff Thursday, May 9th in New York State in honor of US Marine Staff Sgt. Eric Christian. Staff Sgt. Christian died while serving in Afghanistan on May 4th. Christian was assigned to the 2nd Marine Special Operations Battalion based at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina.
