Half-Staff Alaska Flags – Honoring Richard Greuel

Alaska State Flags to fly at half-staff Thursday, December 26th in honor of former Representative Richard “Dick” Greuel. Dick Greuel served in the Alaska Territorial House of Representatives in 1953, 1955 and 1957. He served as House majority leader in 1955 and in 1957 was speaker of the House.

Half-Staff Illinois Flags – Honoring Cuauhtemoc Estrada

American Flags and Illinois Flags to fly at half-staff Thursday, December 26th through Saturday, December 28th in the State of Illinois in honor of Cuauhtemoc Estrada. Estrada was an Investigator with the Cook County Sheriff’s Office who was shot and killed while off duty when he tried to stop an armed robbery.
