American Flags and Wisconsin Flags to fly at half-staff Monday, May 19th in Wisconsin in honor of US Army Sergeant Heidi Ruh. Sergeant Ruh lost her life in Kosovo while serving with the 61st Medical Maintenance Battalion, 1st Medical Brigade. She had previously served tours in Afghanistan in both 2011 and 2012.
